After 4 years in Taiwan, this year I am finally invited to the Taiwan Bubble Tea Festival! Such a milestone of my life in Taiwan :D. Thank you #經濟部商業司 for the invitation. To warm up for the event I am drinking a lot of tea and cake!:⠀

Coffee.Tea.Or - Crimson Milk Tea （$55）⠀
This milk tea is actually 3 types of tea mixed with the perfect ratio! The base green tea shines through while the milk adds the smooth texture to the drink.⠀

春陽茶事 CHUN YANG - Oolong Tea ($25） ⠀
I love Oolong tea! This tea has a strong flavor with a smokey/toasted aftertaste.⠀

Honey Lemon Oolong Tea（$50）⠀
CHUN YANG makes this drink with their home-boiled lemon honey with oolong tea. The lemon and honey mixed naturally creating the refreshing taste. The taste is a bit sweet, but not too much.⠀

Herbal Tea ($35）⠀
This tea is really nice in the summer! It is a refreshing drink that helps eliminate fatigue and clears away the heat. ⠀

法布甜 AR's Patisserie ⠀
Macaroon Pineapple Cake（$200） ⠀
This pineapple cake got two Michelin Stars in Europe! It is made without oil, combined with macaroon crust and pineapple filling, and it has won in the pineapple cake competition for 5 consecutive years. ⠀

Salted Egg Yolk Cake（$80）⠀
It took me a little while to get used to the salted egg yolk cakes in Taiwan, but now I love it! Texture is smooth when eat it in the room temperature, ice fresh if frozen and melted smooth if eat it warm. 3 ways of eating it. Definitely worth the try. ⠀

The event takes place at Taichung Civic Square Oct. 9th~11th. There will be over 60 shops that serves bubble tea, Braised Pork Rice, famous desserts and pastries! There will also be other events such as live music performances and fun games! Since 9th is my birthday and 10th is Taiwans birthday I hope to meet you all there :D. ⠀
